How to Apply

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidates must be holders of BAC / WAEC / NECO / NABTEB
  • 5 credits in ordinary level subjects (including Mathematics and English) in SSSCE, WASSCE or equivalent qualification
  • Satisfactory score in The University admission test

SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS

  • UNIABIDJAN’s Application Form
  • 4 photocopies of the Certificate of Birth
  • 4 copies of legalised Certificate or Transcripts of BAC / WAEC / NECO / NABTEB or equivalents
  • 8 passport photographs
  • 4 photocopies of the National Identity Card / Attestation / Passport / Consular Card

Step 2: Check Admission Requirements

Before applying, ensure you have reviewed your program’s admission requirements and confirmed you meet the requirements and related deadlines.

Step 3: Complete Online Application

Once you are sure of your qualification for a program of your choice, fill out an online application.

Step 4: Pay Application Fee

The University must receive payment of a non-refundable  application fee before processing of your application will begin. Payment can be made:

  • In Person– pay by e-transfer, cheque, money order or cash payment at our Students Recruitment Office.

Once you have submitted the filled application form with the supporting documents, your application file will be examined by the Admission Jury. At this point, all you need to do is to wait for the decision on your admission status.

Step 5: Payment of Registration Fee

Once a decision is made about your admission status, you will be sent an email with next steps. If all the academic requirements are met and the program has available seats, you will get an Offer prior to being accepted into the program – this Offer will ask for the payment of your registration fees within a period of fourteen (14) days. Once the payment is confirmed, you will be emailed or given an Admission Letter confirming that you have been admitted. This letter will also introduce you to your new contact at the University, Students Advisor and Head of Mentoring Unit, who will be able to support you after the new phase.
