University Governing Council
The Governing Council is the highest decision-making body of UNIABIDJAN. It oversees institutional strategy, financial sustainability, and the long-term development of the university. The Council includes representatives from academia, industry, and partner institutions.
Academic Council (University Senate)
Also referred to as the University Senate, the Academic Council is responsible for overseeing academic programs, research initiatives, and quality of teaching. It ensures that the academic mission of UNIABIDJAN aligns with national and international standards.
Internal Quality Assurance Unit (IQA Unit)
The Internal Quality Assurance Unit promotes a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. It monitors academic standards, evaluates institutional performance, and ensures compliance with the Ministry's accreditation framework and best global practices.

Prof. Kouamé Jean-Martial
Prof. Kouamé Jean-Martial is the founding President of UNIABIDJAN. With a distinguished academic career and leadership experience in higher education, he provides strategic vision and oversees the overall direction of the university.
Dr. Dada Oluwatosin Samuel
Dr. Dada brings a strong background in academic program development, institutional partnerships, and bilingual education leadership. As Vice President, he supports the university's mission through academic innovation and quality assurance.
Ms. Keita Oumiratou Safiya
As Registrar, Ms. Keita ensures smooth academic administration and oversees admissions, records, and compliance with national higher education standards. She is central to student services and institutional integrity.
