The Masters
The UNIABIDJAN Masters in Business Administration (MBA) is a high-level training that is positioned in the improvement of business management by the introduction and use of modern and efficient tools. Through theoretical and practical teachings, this training provides learners with an expert quality in business management.
The MBA is organized in such a way that it allows a progressive learning of the concepts, methods, instruments and tools of management of the life cycle of a development project. It places particular emphasis on practical training through the use of real projects as course application exercises and also field visits to business projects in progress in order to develop and prepare graduates for leadership roles in business organisations.
The Program consists of two concentrations: MBA in Finance and MBA in Marketing Management.

General Information
The UNIABIDJAN Masters in Business Administration (MBA) is a high-level training that is positioned in the improvement of business management by the introduction and use of modern and efficient tools.
Through theoretical and practical teachings, this training provides learners with an expert quality in business management. It is organized in such a way that it allows a progressive learning of the concepts, methods, instruments and tools of management of the life cycle of a development project.
It places particular emphasis on practical training through the use of real projects as course application exercises and also field visits to business projects in progress in order to develop and prepare graduates for leadership roles in business organisations. It is a hybrid program with concentrations in Finance and Marketing Management.
It offers a blended learning format of online and face-to-face courses and is specifically designed for the working professional and those seeking better opportunity placement in the job market. The on-campus courses will be offered on Fridays from 6:00pm – 9:00pm and Saturdays from 9:00am – 3:30pm.
The UNIABIDJAN MBA will require the successful completion of minimum of 36 credit hours which can be completed in 18 months or less. Courses will be offered according to the established academic calendar.Â
Transfer Credits: Graduate students may transfer from recognised business school for the Master of Business Administration (MBA) Program.

- To be eligible for the UNIABIDJAN MBA Program, an applicant must have: A four-year bachelor’s degree from a recognised college, degree awarding polytechnic and university.
- A minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.00
- At least one year of professional work experience
- Two letters of recommendation, one from education and one from industry, on company letterhead.
- Applicants who have a degree from a non-English-language institution submit a certificate of language proficiency and prove such during an entry test.
